The hotel is very well located, close to important places. it offers a delicious breakfast in the morning, with a variety of options. the rooms are clean and cozy, with excellent air conditioning and a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cold.
The curtains in the rooms do not cover the windows completely, which allows light to come in early in the morning and can wake you up before you're ready. the staff can be a bit full of themselves and not very helpful at times.

Spent my New Year celebrations here and the location was perfect! The hotel was situated right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore and find cool spots to celebrate. The air conditioning worked great, and that's all you really need in Valledupar! I also enjoyed the private parking that was available.
The breakfast wasn't that great, and the options were quite limited. , the curtains could have been better, as they didn't cover the windows completely, and it got quite bright early in the morning.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to many attractions and with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were in top condition, and I was really surprised to find a fridge in my room. The staff was attentive, courteous, and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary daily breakfast and 24-hour on-site parking.

the location was very convenient, with private parking available. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the staff was helpful and courteous, and the hotel provided a fridge in the room. Breakfast was offered daily, and there was even a microwave oven available to use.
The noise level from other guests in the hallways was sometimes a bit too loud for our liking.

The hotel was clean, centrally located, had a fridge in the room, great air conditioning, and offered breakfast daily. The beds were comfortable and the staff helpful and courteous. The private parking was a nice bonus.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
